Avocado oil: toning and protection
The Pranarôm avocado oil is very moisturizing body oil, hair and face. Its pretty green color, neutral odor and rapid skin penetration make it a very practical cosmetically.
This is one of the few oils containing palmitoleic acid, so valuable for the protection of cell membranes. This oil soothes and softens like no other thin skin and dry, brittle hair. Another plus: it is appreciated in gastronomy for a cold sauce original and healthy!
Indication
Avocado oil contains:
- Just over two thirds of monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9 and the famous palmitoleic acid, moisturizer).
- A little less than a tenth of polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6).
- Just under a fifth of saturated fatty acids.
- Many vitamins E, beta carotene and PP.
Use
- Oral use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) daily.
- Cosmetic use: Suitable for the care of dry, irritated skin, making it soft and supple. For use as hair mask to strengthen and if hair loss.
Tips
- Damaged hair: 1 to 2 times a week, massage the clean, damp hair with 1-3 tablespoons of avocado oil. Heat the oil in your hands and massage from roots to ends. Finish with the scalp softener well. Leave on under a warm towel for at least 1 hour and up to overnight. Rinse with a mild shampoo. The hair is stronger, more flexible and smooth.
- Damaged skin: Mix avocado oil in equal parts with oils of carrot and hypericum , to help protect the skin against external aggressions.

je recommande, la différence avant après est visible sur la santé, il en faut un peu plus 50 ml c'est insuffisant hélas sinon l'huile est top

J'aime beaucoup. Quelques gouttes suffisent pour retrouver une peau rapidement et visiblement plus souple. Les rides sont atténuées. La fatigue est moins marquée sur le visage. La peau semble bien nourrie.
